AP42 Stepper Motor Driver
Product Overview
The AP42 is a compact digital stepper motor driver featuring anti-resonance and spontaneous pulse suppression technology for NEMA17 and NEMA23 frame motors. Operating on 12-48V DC with output current from 1.0A to 4.5A, the AP42 provides advanced vibration damping in a compact, cost-effective package for general automation applications.
The spontaneous pulse suppression technology actively detects and cancels mechanical vibrations and mid-range instability, resulting in exceptionally smooth motor operation even during challenging speed transitions. The 256x microstep resolution provides ultra-fine positioning, and the opto-isolated inputs ensure reliable signal reception in industrial environments.
