UC42 CANopen Stepper Motor Controller
Product Overview
The UC42 is a CANopen-based stepper motor controller for NEMA17 and NEMA23 frame motors, compliant with the CiA 402 drive profile standard. Supporting Profile Position Mode, Profile Velocity Mode, Homing Mode, and Interpolated Position Mode, the UC42 provides standardized motion control over high-speed CANopen networks. Operating on 12-48V DC with output current from 1.0A to 4.5A.
The CANopen interface supports up to 110 devices on a single network with cycle times as low as 1ms, making the UC42 ideal for multi-axis synchronization in high-speed automation. The CiA 402 compliance ensures compatibility with standard CANopen masters from major PLC manufacturers including Beckhoff, Bosch Rexroth, Siemens, and others.
