IS14010 Absolute Encoder Stepper Motor (NEMA14)
Product Overview
The IS14010 is a NEMA14 (35mm) integrated stepper motor featuring a single-turn absolute encoder, providing immediate position awareness after power-up without requiring a homing sequence. This compact all-in-one solution combines a stepper motor, driver, and Modbus RTU communication into a space-saving 35mm frame package, delivering 0.10 N·m holding torque for precision positioning applications.
The IS14010 operates on 8-36V DC and supports Modbus RTU protocol over RS485 for integration with industrial control systems. The single-turn absolute encoder provides 4096 positions per revolution (12-bit resolution), ensuring immediate position knowledge within a single revolution range. This makes the IS14010 ideal for applications where the total travel is limited to one revolution or less, such as valve control, dial positioning, or rotary selector mechanisms.
The integrated design eliminates the need for external drivers and feedback devices, significantly simplifying system integration. The IS14010 includes digital I/O for direct sensor connection and comprehensive protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and over-temperature conditions.
