Product Overview

The IG11008 series integrated motor combines a NEMA11 stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder into a single 28mm frame package. This all-in-one solution perfectly integrates stepper motor and drive technology, saving installation space while simultaneously reducing design and production costs. Available in both Pulse/Direction and RS485 communication versions, the IG11008 delivers holding torque from 0.08 N·m to 0.24 N·m across three motor lengths (31mm, 52mm, and 63mm).

The IG11008 series features a working voltage range of 8-36V DC and driver current of 0.2-2.0A, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial power supplies. The RS485 version supports Modbus RTU communication with a default baud rate of 115200, and the built-in program capability allows standalone operation without an external controller. With 2/3 digital inputs (3.3-24VDC) and 1 digital output, the IG11008 can directly interface with sensors, limit switches, and PLCs.

The integrated 1000-line encoder provides closed-loop operation, eliminating the risk of missed steps and enabling smooth motion up to 3000 RPM. The built-in protection features include overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding, and position deviation detection. Parameters are stored in non-volatile FLASH memory, ensuring configuration retention through power cycles.
