IG1705 Integrated Stepper Motor (NEMA17)
Product Overview
The IG1705 series integrated motor combines a NEMA17 stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder into a single standard 42mm frame package. This popular form factor delivers holding torque from 0.25 N·m to 0.80 N·m across multiple motor length options, providing compact all-in-one motion control for the most widely used stepper motor size in the industry.
The IG1705 series perfectly integrates stepper motor and drive technology, saving installation space and reducing both design and production costs. Available in both Pulse/Direction and RS485 communication variants, the series operates on 8-48V DC with driver current from 0.2-2.0A. The RS485 version supports Modbus RTU communication, enabling networked control of multiple axes with minimal wiring.
The integrated 1000-line encoder ensures closed-loop positional accuracy, eliminating the risk of missed steps that can affect open-loop NEMA17 systems under load. Built-in protection includes overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding detection, and position deviation monitoring. Non-volatile FLASH storage retains configuration parameters through power cycles. The digital inputs accept 3.3-24V DC for direct connection to sensors and controllers.
