IG2312 Integrated Stepper Motor (NEMA23)
Product Overview
The IG2312 series integrated motor combines a NEMA23 stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder into a single 57mm frame package. With holding torque from 0.30 N·m to 2.50 N·m across motor lengths from 45mm to 88mm, the IG2312 delivers all-in-one closed-loop motion control for the workhorse frame size of industrial automation.
The IG2312 series operates on 12-48V DC with driver current rated up to 4.5A, providing substantial power for demanding applications. Available in both Pulse/Direction and RS485 communication variants, the series supports Modbus RTU protocol for networked multi-axis control. The built-in program capability enables standalone operation without an external controller, executing pre-programmed motion sequences.
The integrated 1000-line encoder provides the closed-loop feedback essential for maintaining positional integrity in industrial applications. Comprehensive protection includes overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding, and position deviation detection. The 8-lead wiring option provides flexibility for series or parallel coil connection to match the optimal current and inductance characteristics.
