IG2422 Integrated Stepper Motor (NEMA24)

Product Overview

The IG2422 series integrated motor combines a NEMA24 stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder into a single 60mm frame package. Delivering holding torque from 0.70 N·m to 4.50 N·m, the IG2422 provides all-in-one closed-loop motion control for medium-to-heavy industrial applications where NEMA23 torque is insufficient but NEMA34 would be oversized.

The IG2422 series operates on 12-70V DC with driver current up to 6.0A, supporting the higher power requirements of the larger NEMA24 frame. Available in both Pulse/Direction and RS485 communication variants, the series supports Modbus RTU protocol for networked control. The built-in program capability enables standalone operation with pre-programmed motion sequences.

The integrated 1000-line encoder eliminates missed steps and enables smooth operation up to 3000 RPM even under significant load. Built-in protection features include overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding, and position deviation detection. The robust 8mm shaft diameter ensures efficient torque transfer to the load.
