IG3445 Integrated Stepper Motor (NEMA34)
Product Overview
The IG3445 series integrated motor combines a NEMA34 stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder into a single 86mm frame package. This is the highest-torque option in the IG series, delivering holding torque from 2.0 N·m to 8.0 N·m, providing all-in-one closed-loop motion control for the most demanding industrial automation applications.
The IG3445 series operates on 12-70V DC with driver current up to 8.0A, supporting the substantial power requirements of the NEMA34 platform. Available in both Pulse/Direction and RS485 communication variants, the series supports Modbus RTU protocol for networked multi-axis control. The built-in program capability enables standalone operation, reducing dependence on external controllers.
The integrated 1000-line encoder provides robust closed-loop feedback essential for maintaining positional integrity in heavy-load applications. The 14mm shaft diameter ensures efficient torque transmission even under peak loads. Comprehensive protection includes overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding, and position deviation detection. The substantial rotor inertia provides inherent stability, further enhanced by the closed-loop control's active damping.
