AR57 RS485 Integrated Stepper Motor (NEMA23)
Product Overview
The AR57 is a NEMA23 (57mm) integrated stepper motor with built-in RS485 communication, designed for industrial networked motion control. This all-in-one solution combines a stepper motor, driver, and 1000-line encoder in a single 57mm frame package, delivering holding torque from 0.60 N·m to 2.50 N·m for medium-duty industrial applications.
The AR57 operates on 12-48V DC with driver current up to 4.5A, providing substantial power for industrial automation tasks. RS485 communication enables real-time parameter configuration, position/speed control, and status monitoring over a simple two-wire bus. Up to 32 devices can share a single bus, dramatically simplifying multi-axis control system wiring.
The built-in 1000-line encoder ensures closed-loop positional integrity, eliminating missed steps even under heavy load conditions. Digital inputs accept 3.3-24V DC signals for direct connection to industrial sensors and limit switches. The digital output provides alarm signaling or in-position indication. Comprehensive protection includes overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, open winding, and position deviation detection.
