[edit]The ADM57S is an RS485 serial stepper motor controller for NEMA23 and NEMA34 motors. Uses standard RS485 protocol with built-in motion control instructions for up to 32 axes on a single bus.
DC input 15-50VDC with 36VDC recommended. Continuous current 4.0A, peak 5.6A. A 6-pin DIP switch configures device ID and baud rate. Inputs include two limit switches, start/stop signal, and RS485 lines.
Protection includes over-voltage, under-voltage, and over-current with automatic motor parameter matching. Magnetic encoder option available for closed-loop applications.
