[edit]Description
[edit]The AP57 is a spontaneous pulse stepper motor driver for NEMA23 and NEMA24 motors. With dimensions of 55.9mm x 55.9mm x 19mm, it integrates with 57mm frame motors.
This driver features a 32-bit digital chip with vibration suppression and low heat algorithms. It supports four modes: spontaneous pulse, self-test, double pulse, and pulse and direction. In spontaneous pulse mode, the motor runs at a DIP-switch-set speed when a 5V signal is applied.
DC input range is 20-50VDC with 36VDC recommended. Continuous output is 4.0A with 5.6A peak. Differential signal inputs provide noise immunity. An alarm output provides fault indication.
