[edit]The BT24 is an industrial-grade Bluetooth 5.1 to RS485 converter featuring the Renesas DA14531 chip with PA amplifiers for extended range. It enables wireless data transparent transmission between mobile devices and RS485 stepper motors or integrated stepper motors.
With an external rubber stick antenna, the BT24 achieves impressive communication distances: up to 90m to a mobile phone, 70m to a PC, and up to 400m device-to-device. It supports Modbus protocol and is compatible with Android devices through dedicated apps.
The converter supports field-switchable baud rates from 2400 to 115200, accessible by pressing the KEY button. It operates over a wide power range of DC 5-36V and across an industrial temperature range of -40C to 85C.
