[edit]NEMA17 Closed Loop Stepper Motor (17IE)
Description
[edit]The NEMA17 Closed Loop Stepper Motor (17IE) integrates a high-quality 2-phase hybrid stepper motor with a built-in 1000-line incremental encoder for closed-loop position feedback. This design eliminates the step loss concerns of traditional open-loop stepper systems while providing higher efficiency, lower heat generation, and smoother operation across the entire speed range.
By integrating an encoder directly into the motor, the closed-loop system provides real-time position verification, allowing the driver to compensate for any missed steps. This results in reliable operation at higher speeds and improved torque output compared to equivalent open-loop motors.
The motor is ideal for applications where reliability and precision are critical, including CNC machinery, 3D printers, textile equipment, medical devices, and industrial automation. The encoder feedback enables the motor to maintain position even under varying load conditions.
Each unit is factory-tested for step accuracy, encoder alignment, and performance verification. The motor supports NEMA17 standard mounting dimensions and can be customized for specific application requirements.
