[edit]The NEMA17 MODBUS-RTU Integrated Stepper Motor (AR42) is a fully integrated motion solution combining a NEMA17 (42mm) stepper motor, driver, and RS485 communication interface in a single compact housing. This all-in-one design dramatically simplifies system integration and reduces wiring.
Communication via MODBUS-RTU over RS485 allows the AR42 to be directly controlled by industrial PLCs and controllers without the need for separate pulse/direction signals. Multiple units can be connected on a single RS485 bus using daisy-chain topology, making it ideal for multi-axis systems.
The integrated 32-bit DSP processor ensures smooth, quiet, and efficient motor operation with advanced current control algorithms.
