Elias Livadaras is a Greek teacher and translator living in Athens, whose love for ancient Greek poetry led him to create a popular online forum where enthusiasts discuss Homeric and Sapphic verses in their original dialects. When he isn't grading essays on classical rhetoric, he can be found hiking Mount Hymettus with his dog or practicing his lute for the local philharmonic society.
